 We collect data relating to your service requests (such as transaction number, transaction history, and product identification number), payment information necessary to complete the transaction (such as payment card number or any other payment information required by a third party, and billing address), information you provide to determine product size, your confirmation that you meet the age requirement for certain products, your address, the designated parcel collection point (such as city, state, country of residence, and postal code), and the recipient's contact information (such as name and mobile phone number). In some EU countries, and in compliance with applicable laws and/or public authority requirements, we may collect personally identifiable information (such as passport number, tax identification number, or similar identification number) for customs clearance purposes. This information will be stored securely. 

Customer support activity
 When you contact our customer service team through the customer support functions in the mobile app/website, whether with a customer service agent or our virtual assistant (via chatbot or hotline), through social media, or any other means, we will collect a record of your communications with us, which includes any texts, images, videos, audio files, or supporting documents exchanged between us.

 When you contact us, we collect the information you send us, such as reports, comments, or inquiries about your use of the service or information about potential violations of our Terms of Use or other policies. 

User-generated content 
 When you submit any content (such as images, videos, or text) to leave ratings and reviews for products, submit images for item searches, or submit images or text to personalize products, we collect that information and its associated metadata to support and enable your use of the service.

Logistics providers, from whom we will obtain certain information, such as proof of delivery, tracking information and delivery address, and we will make this information available to you within your account, to complete the order execution process effectively. 
Third-party mapping platforms, from which we receive, collect and determine the geographic coordinates of the address you have provided to us (such as Google Maps), to easily guide you to the most suitable parcel pickup point for delivery in countries where we enable this function. 

How and why do we process your information, and what legal basis do we rely on for this processing? 
 We use the personal data we collect for a variety of purposes, including developing, improving, supporting, and providing the Service, enabling you to use its features, and complying with and enforcing these Terms of Use. In the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland, we require a legal basis for processing your personal data.
